1. Agreement to Terms

These terms govern your use of the water bottle and can delivery management platform provided by Hin-Twi. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our platform.

2. Products & Services Listed

We provide premium quality water cans (20L bubble-top cans), packaged mineral water bottles (various sizes), and dispensing accessories. All prices are fixed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of delivery charges unless stated otherwise.

3. Ordering & Delivery Terms

Orders must be placed via our checkout page with valid delivery addresses. We aim to dispatch orders to assigned delivery partners instantly. Delivery times quoted are estimations and may vary due to traffic, weather, or product availability.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (OTP logins) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitations of Liability

Hin-Twi manages the delivery routing and platform coordination. While we source from high-quality, verified purification hubs, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from water quality disputes unless proven to be caused by delivery transport contamination.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh.
